Fall/Winter Season

We are committed to providing a fun and safe experience for all participants. However, due to the nature of our program, we have a strict no refund policy. Please read the following carefully before registering: Payment: Payment is non-refundable. The initial deposit is due at the time of registration to secure the player’s spot within the Arapahoe Warriors Program. This payment does not guarantee your child a spot on a travel team. Players who do not make a travel team are transferred to our Arapahoe Rec Program. By registering, you are committing your player to the Arapahoe program for the full 2023-2024 season. Full season payment is required prior to receiving your financial release to another organization, no exceptions. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your child's registration for any reason, we will not be able to offer a refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we have already reserved a spot for your child and have made financial commitments based on the number of registered participants. Full season payment is required prior to receiving your financial release to another organization, no exceptions. Dismissal: We reserve the right to dismiss any participant from the season for behavior that is disruptive, dangerous, or violates the rules and regulations. In such cases, no refund or credit will be given. This also applies to parents who are disruptive at practices or games. If a player is suspended for their actions or for their parent’s action, no refund or credit will be given. Injuries: Injuries can occur, regardless of how careful and cautious we are. If a season-ending hockey related injury occurs prior to the mid-season, the Arapahoe Hockey Inc. will determined if any refund/credit can be applied and if approved, will be pro-rated based on when the event occurs during the season. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to our no refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing your child with a positive and memorable experience.

Arapahoe Fall Invitational

A team will receive a refund of 80% of the fee if they must cancel out of the tournament and notify the director in writing 30 days before the tournament begins. No refunds will be given for team canceling without 30 days written notice. There is no admission fee for spectators.
